Our beautiful and cozy apartment has just been completely redesigned to a very high scandinavian standard, decorated in a bright and tastefully style, following the excellent standard in modern classical Scandinavian style, alongside a fantastic sea view to the Mediterranean sea and Fuengirola bay, making it one of the best apartments for rent in Benalmádena or Fuengirola, having direct access to the beach.
With enough space for 4 people, divided in 2 bedrooms, beds with high quality mattresses and also lots of storage space in the built in wardrobes, 1 nice bathroom, fully equipped modern kitchen and living room with access to the balcony, overlooking the sea. You will feel at easy enjoying your breakfasts facing and hearing the sea.
The house has everything you need having considered every single detail. The TV is smart TV.
The urbanisation has 2 pools and direct access to the beach.
In the area of Torrequebrada, you can find a supermarket, plenty different cuisines restaurants, bars, etc. Along the beach, both towards west and east you find a variety of restaurants and typical Spanish chiringuitos.
Torrequebrada is strategically located between two of the most important cities of Costa del Sol, Benalmádena and Fuengirola.
The bus lines along the coast comes very often.
We do not have private parking, but both on the main road and around the building, there is always parking.

From the booking date until 57 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 30% of the total price of the rent.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
