This spectacular apartment, with a modern design and located on the second line of the beach, has the perfect location to obtain a clear view of the Mediterranean Sea. Entering this apartment means diving fully into the heart of the Costa del Sol. Recently built, it features a carefully detailed design in each of its corners and the latest amenities.
It has a bedroom for 2 people, expanding the capacity up to 4 guests with a sofa bed in the living room. The living room and kitchen merge into a cozy space bathed by the light from its 14m2 terrace, whose windows cover the entire wall. Breakfasts facing the sea will be your daily routine.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, fryer, toaster, water boiler, and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils for your stay.
The apartment has centralized air conditioning and heating, ensuring a stay with maximum comfort, and completes the equipment with a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and dryer.
The urbanization has a fabulous pool where you can cool off and sunbathe peacefully (the pool is open all year round, but opening hours may vary depending on the month. Please check upon arrival).
This stay is complemented by its privileged location. The beach is just 70 meters from the apartment, and the services surrounding the apartment ensure that you won't waste a second in travel. Restaurants and beach bars abound in the surroundings, such as La Cubana, a bar right on the beach with an original and fresh offer, the restaurant Los Marinos, ideal for fish and seafood, or the bar El Gecko, with a great atmosphere and a terrace with one of the best views of the Costa del Sol.
It has a parking space, accessible through the building's own elevator, essential as it is a very busy area during practically the entire season. In case you do not have a vehicle, bus stops are located just a few meters away, as well as taxi services. A few meters from the apartment, you also have the commuter train, which will allow you to travel along practically the entire coast, from Fuengirola to Málaga, passing through Benalmádena or Torremolinos. This train also stops at the Airport, making travel even easier for travelers.

From the booking date until 57 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 30% of the total price of the rent.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
