Quiet and cosy apartment with great sea views in the amazing urbanisation of Miraflores Monte B.
This nice apartment has two bedroom and one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a terrace with amazing sea views.
The urbanisation has beautiful garden areas, a pool bar and a great swimming pool.
Is a perfect complex for holidays, ideal for families aswell.
Its located quietly on the top floor and very close to Miraflores Golf, walking distance to a beautiful beach and Miraflores Tennis & Padel Club and there is a nice club cafe.
Riviera is perfectly located on the Costa del Sol, outside Malaga. It takes about half an hour to drive from Malaga airport and only 20 minutes to Marbella and 10 minutes to the big city Fuengirola.
In Riviera there is a smaller local shopping centre with good shopping, supermarket, restaurants, banks, etc.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
