Your holiday can be the perfect starting point for a combined golf, beach, relaxation and culture holiday, less than 20 minutes from the old town of Marbella and the famous luxury port "Puerto Banús". The nearest town is La Cala and Fuengirola with a wide selection of restaurants and one of the largest promenades in Spain.
The property is next to the Cala Nova Golf course, the beach and La Cala.

On the top floor you can find a perfect solarium to enjoy the sun and its sunsets on the horizon.
It is an ideal and comfortable house. Going through the living room and the terrace, we find a large garden of more than 100 square meters with a barbecue area.
The house has a private parking space, in addition to the space available in this community.
The Calaburra-Chaparral area forms the coastal area that extends from the limit of the municipality of Fuengirola to the current urban center of La Cala de Mijas.
With almost 5 km of coastline and a 25-minute drive from Malaga and Marbella airport, it is an area with a privileged and strategic location. Between the bay of Fuengirola and the bay of Mijas is Punta de Calaburras, a rocky cape with two historical and important architectural landmarks: the old watchtower from the Middle Ages and the Calaburra lighthouse.
This area will undoubtedly satisfy the needs of golf, sports and nature lovers, with the advantages of living near the sea without having to give up great cultural and gastronomic offers. It is a 12-minute drive from Miramar shopping center.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
