Villa Medina is a stunning villa which is superbly located in a gated community on a quiet residential street in the popular area of Torrenueva, La Cala de Mijas.
This is at walking distance (5 mins) from the sandy beach and promenade, multiple restaurants and shops. It’s only a very short drive to the center of La Cala or Fuengirola. Only 20 kilometres from Marbella and 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. There are plenty of shopping options nearby. The big supermarkets; Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona are just 3 to 5 minutes drive away. It’s also golf lovers’ heaven with more than 5 great golf courses in a range of only 2 km. The villa is within easy access of all the amenities yet away from all the crowds, it also offers amazing views.

a large sofa, ideal for relaxing evenings with friends and family or a movie night with the kids. - The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
